Kutch region being water scarce area, many projects were allocated by the government under scarcity relief project. This included construction of small check dams and water bodies in the forest area to conserve water.

In 1998, as a step forward, under the mentorship and guidance of Mr Arjanbhai Dau Arjan Suja Rabari started with construction of small check dam for forest department on works contract basis.

Mr Arjanbhai Dau in the year 2001 resigned from his job with the forest department which led a small beginning of a great entrepreneurial journey of two promoters. In the meantime, a major earth quack in the year 2001 threw open a big opportunity for restoration and repair works of damaged dams and other water bodies under the aegis of world bank funding.

It was huge opportunity and both of them through their sheer dedication, hard work and business acumen successfully converted this opportunity and gained confidence to take on bigger assignments by learning the technical, engineering and commercial aspects of this business.

Eventually, after successfully executing many small scale water related infrastructure projects in Bhuj and Gandhidham of Kutch region, Mr Arjan Suja Rabari and Mr Arjanbhai Chothabhai Dau joined hands to start a partnership firm in the Name of Laxmi Construction Company in the year 2004 . Later, Laxmi Construction Company was converted into Pvt Ltd Company in December 2017.Thus Arjan Suja Rabari brings with him rich experience in the construction sector spanning for more than 25 years

Thus Arjan Suja Rabari along with Mr Arjan bhai Dau is the pioneer of LCC Projects Limited and in the journey spanning over 25 years he has inspired others to strive for the best. His journey from scratch to success has inspired many to strive for best.

His dynamic and effective leadership has led LCC Projects Limited to transform into one of the fastest growing irrigation infrastructure company. His unflinching commitment and dedication coupled with planning and execution capability has metamorphosed LCC Projects Limited into one of the top contenders in the water and irrigation related Infrastructure Company.

Being the promoter director, he supervises the overall function of the company and is focused on Project execution, technical evaluation, tendering and other work related to projects execution and quality control.

Being deeply influenced by his father dedication, commitment and hard work he followed the foot step of his father and along with Mr Arjan Suja Rabari helped nurture the company which started with modest single order of Rs 10,000.00 in the year 2000 to a single order of Rs 1400 Cr in a span of over two decade.

Despite starting at a young age, Mr. Laljibhai Arjanbhai Ahir has demonstrated maturity and a strong sense of responsibility in managing the company. With close to one and a half decade ofexperience, he is completely dedicated to LCC and serves as a crucial link between the many hands that work together towards the shared vision of the company. His commitment, passion, resilience, empathy, and confidence set an inspiring example for generations to come.

Mr. Laljibhai Arjanbhai Ahir's visionary approach and business acumen have driven the company towards growth under his leadership being a quick learner he can anticipate and adapt to the ever-changing market dynamics. His leadership has helped LCC to achieve new heights, and his contributions have been pivotal in positioning the company as a market leader in the construction industry.

Being a promoter director he is involved in management and overall functioning of the company and is focused on finance, accounts, procurement and Human Resource.

Her educational background in B.Tech in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering provides her with a strong foundation to engage with the company's mission and strategic goals.
