Job Descripation:

• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting land and water-related data to support the planning and execution of irrigation systems.
• Collect data through various methods, such as field measurements, GPS technology, remote sensing, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
• Conduct detailed topographic and boundary surveys of the project area to understand the terrain and establish accurate property boundaries.
• Surveyors work on construction sites to establish reference points, mark out construction boundaries, and ensure that buildings and infrastructure are built according to the design plans..
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to provide critical data for the development of irrigation system plans, including pipe layout, pump placement, and water distribution methods.
• They often consult with clients, engineers, architects, and government officials to ensure that survey results meet project requirements and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of survey data, maps, reports, and other documentation related to the project.
